Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms related to trials, subscriptions, and payments for UndoEngine.

1. Trial Period

• Each Salesforce Organization receives a 5-day free trial with full access to the service.
• During the trial period, all authorized users within the organization may access the service.
• The trial applies at the organization level, not to individual users.
• If the trial is not cancelled within 5 days, the subscription automatically continues as a paid subscription for the organization.

2. Subscription and Payments

• The subscription is billed per Salesforce Organization according to the selected plan after the trial period ends.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused access within an organization.

3. Cancellation

The organization may cancel the trial or subscription at any time by:

• Using the subscription management link provided by Creem in the confirmation email;
• Or contacting us at support@undoengine.com.
