Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms related to trials, subscriptions, and payments for UndoEngine.

1. Trial Period

• Each Salesforce Organization receives a 5-day free trial with full access to the service.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial, as recurring monthly billing cannot be processed without one.
• The price of the selected plan is displayed at checkout in our online store before the order is confirmed. For plans with individually negotiated terms, the price is agreed separately and presented to the customer for review and confirmation before the order is finalized.
• During the trial period, all authorized users within the organization may access the service.
• The trial applies at the organization level, not to individual users.
• If the trial is not cancelled within 5 days, the subscription automatically continues as a paid subscription for the organization at the price shown at checkout.

2. Subscription and Payments

• The subscription is billed per Salesforce Organization according to the plan and price selected and confirmed by the customer at checkout.
• This Service is intended for business use by Salesforce organizations and their authorized administrators. By subscribing, the customer confirms that the purchase is made for business purposes and not as a consumer for personal, family, or household use.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused access within an organization.

3. Cancellation

The organization may cancel the trial or subscription at any time by:

• Using the subscription management link provided by Creem in the confirmation email;
• Or contacting us at support@undoengine.com.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

All payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through your bank or card issuer, it will be handled directly by Creem in accordance with their dispute resolution process and the applicable card network rules. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for organizations with disputed or reversed payments until the matter is resolved.

5. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Customers will be notified of any price increase affecting their active subscription at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. If the customer does not agree to the new price, they may cancel the subscription before it takes effect, in accordance with Section 3.
