Welcome to UndoEngine. We value our customers and want the trial and subscription process to be transparent.

1. Trial Period

• Each user may access a 5-day free trial.
• During the trial, users have full access to the features of the chosen subscription (Standard or Premium).
• To avoid being charged, users may cancel the trial within the 5-day period.

2. Subscription and Payments

• After the trial ends, the subscription will start automatically.
• All payments after the trial are non-refundable.
• Users cannot request a refund for any period after the trial.

3. Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel the trial or subscription, users may:

• Use the “Manage subscription / Cancel subscription” link provided by Creem in the subscription confirmation email;
• Or send a request to our email: support@undoengine.com.
